Mmmm... I know cats who would love to curl up in front of that!
Fifteen minutes later there were at least three recumbent cats by the fire, so it didn't go unappreciated :)
lovely~you know i love my new hobbit hole here in the new forest but i do miss my old rayburn and open fires...think i will have to do something about that!
And I'm sure there was much purring until they were so warm they just couldn't be bothered to purr!Sigh... I do miss having a cat around the place... usually when I have cold knees as our last cat used to sleep on my knees and warm them up!
